We hope that you love your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return you items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the original purchase.

Please include your packing slip with the returned items. Once your return has been processed you will receive a gift card in the amount of the items returned. Gift cards can be used in store or online. Please log into your account and follow the return procedures.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Items returned must be smoke free. Any items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping charges.

Any reduced priced item, sale item, jewelry, accessories, & shoes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

How to create a return:

- Log into your account. If you ordered as a guest, create an account using the email that was used to place your order.

- My Orders

- Choose the order that you want to return and click VIEW.

- Return Item

- Fill out form and click Send

- Once we receive your return request you will receive an email that will instruct you on how to proceed with your return.
